1. Services Provided
Upward Physiotherapy is a mobile physiotherapy service operating in Melbourne, Australia. We provide assessment, treatment, and rehabilitation services at the client’s home, workplace, or other agreed-upon locations.
2. Appointments & Cancellations

Appointments must be booked in advance and are subject to availability.

Cancellations or rescheduling made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time will incur a 100% cancellation fee.

No-shows will also be charged the full session fee.

Exceptions may be made at our discretion in cases of genuine emergency or illness.
3. Payment

Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed upon.

We accept credit/debit cards, bank transfer, or other approved payment methods.

Invoices not paid within 7 days may be subject to late fees.
4. Health Fund Rebates

Clients may be eligible for private health insurance rebates depending on their level of cover.

We do not guarantee eligibility for any rebate; clients should confirm with their health fund.
5. Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide accurate medical history and inform the physiotherapist of any changes to their health.

Clients must ensure a safe and appropriate space is available for treatment.
6. Limitation of Liability

While every care is taken, Upward Physiotherapy is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage that may arise from treatment unless caused by proven negligence.

All advice and exercises should be followed as instructed. Misuse or modification may result in injury and is not the responsibility of Upward Physiotherapy.
7. Consent

By attending an appointment, clients give consent to be assessed and treated by a qualified physiotherapist.

Clients may withdraw consent at any time.
8. Changes to Terms

These Terms and Conditions may be updated at any time. The current version will always be available on our website or upon request.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Victoria and the Commonwealth of Australia.
