We Come To You

We come to you and deliver all sessions in your own home. This makes it easier and more convenient, especially if transport or mobility is a challenge. We also work with families and support workers to ensure everyone is on the same page.

Fully Funded Through Your HCP

Our services are billed directly to your Home Care Package provider. You don’t need to worry about paperwork, we handle all of that for you. We work with all Home Care Package levels, from Level 1 to Level 4.

We provide reports and updates to your case manager, GP, and family (with your permission), so everyone stays informed.
